Its in RAVE, but spread over several pages for the various views areas, under panel repairs in the workshop manual section.

The following dimensional information is shown so as to assist the technician in the diagnosis and repair of body panels. The information is shown in two different ways. There are X,Y,Z dimensions and actual point to point dimensions.

The X,Y,Z dimensions are the measuring planes used within Rover Group for the measurement of body panels. The whole bodyshell is within a parallel grid system.

The X plane is an imaginary vertical plane starting at the front of the vehicle. It is parallel and at right angles to the centre line of the vehicle and measures distances along the length of the vehicle.

The Y plane is an imaginary plane through the centre of the vehicle. All Y dimensions start from this plane. As a rule, body dimensions are symmetrical about the centre line.

The Z plane is set at a fixed distance parallel to the underside of the vehicle. All Z dimensions start from this plane.

The point to point measurements are actual distances between two points. These points can be holes or intersection points. Where holes are taken, the point of measurement is always from the hole centre.

All measurements shown are in millimetres.

No because its a huge database built up out of various pdf's, its nearly 800MB in size. You'll have to see if you can download it anywhere, I think I got mine back when copies were floating around on various forums several years ago.

There aren't any for that particular area, it's just the x, y and z dimensions I'm afraid.

you sure??? it's impossible to get pic as in my 2nd message??? Rover can be restored only in special repair company with special repair tech?
but why RAVE have info about particular area of Rover 75, and haven't about Rover 200|25 ??????

Like I keep saying, those are the only dimensions for that area. The point to point dimensions are only for side views of the whole car and stuff to do with the underside and suspension. The only point to point dimension for the engine bay given is between the strut top centres.

If you just need to know the distances between holes side-to-side you double the number for the y value. Using the view below you should be able to work out the position of the x axis in relation to the car. Or deduct the smaller x value from the larger one when trying to work out the distance between two points in the x direction.
