Hello all

Collecting an 820 shortly that I will be using as a donor for its engine and various gubbins to go into my MGB project. It’s a steel arched version of a Sebring and I wanted something different to a V8.

Doing a bare metal re-paint type resto on the shell, which is coming along nicely, although slow. Have 20 plus years bodyshop experience, so confident doing most jobs, except wiring so will be calling on for advice.

Have not seen one in the flesh but the pics seem to fit a T in there pretty easy.
Think there is a build diary on here too.

Keeping it red on the respray?

I think we’re going for Aston Martin Racing Green, failing that it might be British Racing Green or Old English White.

I’ll start a separate thread once I pick the Rover up, but have got lots of pictures for the job so far that I will drop in.

Cars on a rotisserie now, so loads easier to work on.

This best not take as long as Project Binky on YouTube lol. :D

I followed a similar build on an MGB GT but with a 1.8 K-Seires on .org, the K sits in
these cars really nice.
