Hi mate good luck with the conversion and welcome, be sure to start a thread when you do it so we can see your progress. A 1.8k turbo with a k maps remap yields around 200 horses so it will be a handy motor. A guy on the 75 zt forum called danbmx is running 250 bhp on a standard engine.

Cheers for the welcome, an I will put a thread up mate, already replacing sway bars, wishbones, upgrading to poly bushes and Iam going to convert mine to abs using system from a 160 zr picking that up on the 31st of this month as Iam looking for a good zt donner not heading into buying bits seperate I would proffer a full zt I can run around in as I get the zr shell ready.. My shell already has the lower gti suspension but it needs a overall so going to replace springs bushes and seals so lots to be doing..I will be taking pics of it all.. 250 bhp wow that's pushing it up there a bit I would be more then happy with 200 bhp and boosting well lol
