T16 cooling system (4.32 MB)
T16 manifold exhaust (4.02 MB)
T16 MEMS electrics (1.59 MB)
T16 MEMS externals (12 MB)
T16 torque settings (1.01 MB)

The BMV hose n pipes thing, where they go how it works etc.
Open the mems externals page 17.
Page 51 for the BMV.

Someone might want just screen grab that page into a jpg and use it as a sticky?

Go to car, open bonnet and get to know your engine this is from the 800 workshop manuals so obviously some bits may differ.

The Gearbox manual is the same as the one on the transmission section, links info of use, but with the Auto gearbox stuff taken out.

I've got a Car mechanics article somewhere of their 820 head rebuild, might have been a M16 lump though.
There's a article on doing the clutch too.

Right got a few Car mechanics articles.

MKI 820 (M16) head work 600K.
MKI 820 (M16) Clutch swap 400K.
MEMs Article, one of their gettting to know your engine management with scopes n meters things 4.2 Mb.

I'll email them out to two people then you lot can pass them on Round Robin style or someone can host them.

Who's got the K series single point article I sent out ages ago?
Anyone willing to host it?
