Can anyone find this on there EPC, LEF10092 meant to be a crankshaft. Off what car ?

No , found the reference on metropower mate, its just a standard 1.8 k crank

That part number returns no results on EPC or on rimmerbros website.
K-series MPi crank for a 200/25/ZR is LEF101790 on EPC

Are you reading the number off the crank itself? The forging number doesn't necessarily relate to the actual part number..

I think you've found the answer, the only definitive way to find out is measure the big end journal size and stroke. A quick look at how the big ends and mains overlap should give good guidance..

Ah, VHPD specific parts wouldn't be on EPC/Rimmers anyway...
I thought the standard K-series crank was regarded as being very strong?

I had it in my mind that the VHPD crank was the same as the others..?
