In case anyone wasn't aware, Xpart have made RAVE available for pretty much all models from the 90s onwards:

Looks like rimmers are only doing the newer discs, they don't seem to cover back to the 90s cars

I would think it is simply a case of them not having them in stock yet - the legacy disc for the Rover Group cars was announced a month after the set for the MG Rover era cars and Rimmer Bros have only got them in very recently. I would say they will be available from them shortly.
You can of course order them from any XPart agent or XPart AutoService Centre
