Hi Ben,

I can get you some admission passes still, but I've recently noticed on the form that supposedly you can't buy more than 15 extra track passes at the reduced rate per club and we're maxed that out already.

If you want some admission passes at £6 each then let me know asap and I will add it to the form.

I want to send the form off later this afternoon. Normally the organiser will phone me anyway at some point to confirm my requests so potentially I can add track time and admission passes then as well.

Let me know,

Cheers

Matt

Post subject:  Re: ***Castle Combe Spring Action Day Saturday 24th April***

Just to let you all know the application form is filled out now and will be posted tomorrow.

Anyone who hasn't seen this topic or wants additional admission or track passes should PM me as if I get a phone call from Castle Combe when the passes are being allocated I can mention about the possibility of ordering some more.

Also keep an eye on this thread nearer the time as no doubt some people might not be able to make it so cheap passes will be available.

Thank you to all the people who have paid promptly and the people that have not paid yet I have received your PM's stating when you will pay, so please just let me know when you've sent the money over and I'll update the list shortly after.

I'll let you know when I've received the passes and request your delivery address. Usually I receive them about 2 weeks before the day, hopefully before.

Cheers,

Matt

don't worry too much about it, I'll try and keep an eye on the thread though.

cheers

You are damn unlucky..having to sell your car so soon after your car port fell on it and then it starting to smell of oil when giving it some hammer...talk about a string of bad luck

Hi All,

At the beginning of the week I had an email from Maria from Castle Combe confirming that all was ok with our application and that tickets would be on their way shortly.

So hopefully I should receive them mid next week and with a bit of luck be able to post them all out at the weekend.

Not sure whether any of you have or haven't yet, but can you all please send me your names and addresses ready for when I receive the tickets.

When I do receive the tickets I will make another post with everyones track times on.

Cheers,

Matt

Hi All,

I'm told the track passes have been delivered, but I won't know what slots we have until tomorrow when I get home.

I'll probably post the track time slots on here on Saturday at some point so keep your eyes peeled :)

Something I forgot to say,

When coming in one of the competitors gate have your map of the parking area with our stand marked out available to show the person at the gate so he can direct you, and possibly your track passes.

This is because for some reason they haven't provided "display passes" this year. But your track passes are stamped with "Owners Club" and then you have the map to highlight our area.

And just to remind people who haven't been before:

- Cars must be 100dB or lower at 3/4 max revs, measured a metre from the exhaust at a 45degree angle.

- You and passenger must have crash helmets, can be hired on the day (think £6 for an hour, or £10 for the day iirc.) Or use your own one.

- You and passengers must have safety briefing and get wrist bands to say you have. So factor this in before you queue up for your first session.

- Passengers technically have to pay £5 one of charge for insurance. But you may be able to work out how to get away with it at your own risk on the day. Drivers don't need to pay an extra charge and can go as passengers as well

All rules are in the guide I am sending out so have a quick read through.

I'm planning on getting there for about 9-9.30am, hope the weather is dry and you have a safe trip there. PM if there are any other questions.

Cheers,

Matt
