Just got reminded about this on facebook and also realised its been too long since I last went to one of these. So, usual story, anyone interested in attending as well as track session slots stick your name down. Lets see if there is any more interest than the last couple of these that I organised :)

I'll fire them an email to get the details.

EDIT: Looks like up to 12 free entry tickets and £30 per track slot, with times being between 9-11am and 4-5pm.

http://www.castlecombecircuit.co.uk/doc ... 202013.pdf

Extra entry tickets (which I think I've only ever had to get on one occasion) will probably be around a tenner.

Also post how many track sessions you'd like, and whether its am or pm. I think there will also be the option of other times in between these but it'll be at £35 per session in advance or £40 on the day (but don't rely on that as it's pretty common for them to sell out).

I would like 4 track sessions, preferably afternoon or one late morning and the rest afternoon to save a stupidly early start.

early days but if mine and gregs sessions dont overlap that would be good, we would like to hold each others hands on pass laps.

I'll drop them an email later in the week after theres been a chance for interest to be gauged. Shouldn't be an issue as long as there is availability, just an extra fiver for slots outside of those times as far as I can see. Won't be much of a club stand with 3 cars on it  Still worth doing though as it gives us somewhere to park up. Echo that about the early starts, and I'll probably only be coming from south Oxfordshire!

OK, looks like it might be easier if you book your track time through the website ~ http://www.castlecombecircuit.co.uk/eve ... ventID=443

EXCEPT for anything before 11am and 4pm onwards as I can get these for a fiver less with the stand booking.

So what did you guys want to do track time wise? Not even a single session with you both out on track? Might be pushed to do that with the available slots tbh unless you're going to get there mid-late morning.

Did you two want to have every session at different times? Unless you turn up earlyish then I doubt that will be doable, I think some overlap will have to happen. As I said you want to allow half an hour between sessions so you can park one car, get in to the other and queue up for the session...

I will have the missus an kids with me, I'm guessing as they are kids they are free?

One is 8 and one 13. I don't mind paying if it takes up tickets.

I'm planning on taking MG, If its painted. If not it'll be the 25.

Yup, under 17's get free entry. I'll just need a quid or two to cover the postage so I can send all the tickets out recorded delivery when I get them.

Behave Greg.

Stef, yeah me and G man 4 sessions each.

2 in the afternoon, 2 in the morning.

A mixture of us being out on track together and being able to passenger up would be cool actually, I can threaten to scratch his paintwork with my 50 shades of silver at quarry then.

Late morning as poss though dude.

I am happy to drop to three sessions if its tight in the morning.

What's the absolute earliest you two are prepared to get there for then? I think at this rate G will have to leave the night before

Hes spooning me the night before so we will both set out from Midlands at the same time.

If I could get 10:45 and 10:15 that would be nice.

I've emailed the application off now so hopefully this will all be booked and ready to go :)

However unlikely it is to happen, if anyone else wants to come along I'll still have 5 admission tickets left over and track time will still be able to be booked.

Anymore feckers coming ?

There may be a couple of spare seats from Midlands down there.

If anyone else is wanting to come along please note that they'll have to pay full whack (£15 iirc) at the gate because Combe have turned in to tight feckers with the entry tickets they've sent out this year (i.e. 1 per car, no extras for passengers etc).
